Just as he did in 1993, Paul orchestrates the day to day activities at Scallon Custom Homes. Focused on a high end product and complete customer satisfaction, Paul offers years of experience and expertise with lot selection, floor plans and design, financing alternatives and project budgeting. Paul communicates regularly with each client answering questions and offering guidance from start to finish. He is always just a phone call away.

Jon Krousie, Job Site Coordinator
Joining Scallon Custom Homes in 2003, Jon has become an integral part of the team. With over 10 years of construction experience, Jon ensures a quality home is the end result. Jon leads the exceptional group of subcontractors in making sure each home is built to specification and on schedule.
Jon works closely with each homeowner answering questions, making recommendations and assisting with changes along the way. He plays a key role in the ongoing service Scallon Custom Homes provides after a home is completed. While a final inspection is critically important and identifies items prior to closing, it's understandable that our clients will have questions and requests after they're settled into their new home. Jon makes sure those requests are handled in a professional and timely manner.
Ann Lahr Real Estate Team
Ann and her team assist Scallon Custom Homes in marketing their spec homes throughout the area. Ann plays an active role in making selections for those homes based on current trends in the industry. Her team assists clients with providing valuable information about neighborhoods, school districts, local property values and more.
